Remote Access Via Website

I am after setting up a site where I can do remote access and control of a clients machine without them doing anything other than logging onto a web site.

For example, a customer can not do a job on their computer, they phone me and I tell them to log onto my site and go to a page to click on the technical support agents's name (me), I get a request my end (admin area of site or simular) telling me that someone wants me to work on their machine. It then passes full control of the customers machine over to me so I can work on it as if I was sat there, and if I have to reboot it will reconnect me (if possible).

Front end design is not important as long a I can edit the customer's log in page so I can blend it in with the site once I have set it up.

I am not worried what the script is run in, eg, cgi, perl, etc.
