CRE Loaded OsCommerce PsiGate Payment Module Problem

The PsiGate Payment modules were recently installed by a freelance programmer who is no longer active. The payment module is not passing the correct credit card information through the PsiGate gateway. It seems as though the hard coded test data is being passed through.
The project is then to correct this data error so that the correct credit card information is being passed.
The programmer must have knowledge of OsCommerce stores and how to test when their is a live system.
Access will be provided to the website cpanel.
