Prestashop Module Custom Coder and Custom 301 Redirect Coder Needed ASAP

I need someone who's done custom coding on Prestashop 1.6.x and prestashop modules.
Coder must have worked on at least 5 prestashop projects.
There are only two parts to this project.
1. I'm not looking for a new Mod Rewrite. I need to do a custom 301 URL to URL redirect for individual pages from my old cart URL to the new Prestashop URLs on the same domain. I have some experience dealing with 301 redirects, but my code isn't working. Since it's the same domain, the old URLs does not exist on the new cart. When I try to redirect a page that doesn't exist on the new cart, it just goes to a 404 page instead of going to the correct new page.
2. The paypal Module that's on prestashop only accepts Paypal advanced and it's buggy. Below are couple of the bugs in the module.
It's not passing the customer'sname, shipping address, billing address, email and phone number through from the cart to Paypal. Only thing it's passing is the amount and item's name. There is also an error where the cart will let an invalid cart go though and go to the thank you page, but will declined the transaction after.
I need the Paypal module to accept Paypal Payment pro and not have any bugs like this.
If you can fix the paypal advanced module, that's fine, but I rather have the module accept Paypal payment pro all together. Because I can run the checkout all through my server instead of a hosted checkout through Paypal.
But, I need this to be completed fast. So whichever method is faster.
If this goes well, I have a much bigger projects for you after.
