OpenCart discounts updater to run through cronjob to keep discount prices updated when they are changed.

What I need is a simple script to be able to run through a cronjob that would update every products discount in OpenCart.
We currently have 4 discounts on all products:
6 or more 2.5% off
10 or more 5% off
20 or more 7.5% off
30 or more 10% off
My boss updates the prices for the main products but always forgets to update the discounts.
Just to clarify the discounts are on the quantity of products ordered under the discounts tab in OpenCart (see attachment)
