open cart module needed, Buy X qty, get Y qty for $Z

I need an open cart module that is user installable for the following function. The module must work with open cart ver. 1.4.7 Buy X qty, Get 1 item (Y) for $Z. which the values for X and Z are configurable in the admin page. Y is always the lowest priced item in the cart. The example scenario is buy 3 items get the 4th item (of lowest value) for $1. Again, these values can be changed in the admin page. $Z must also be able to be 0, free. I will need the module to check on checkout that the Y item is still qualified for the price change to Z to prevent fraud, ie removing items and leaving the Z priced item, or several Z priced items should fail.
## Deliverables
1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
