Processing of certain e-mails(repost)

we have communications with our domain-registry via e-mail.

When we want to discontinue a domainname, we apply for cancellation by web form.

After the webform is processed we receive confirmation of the cancellation request by e-mail and we have to reply to that e-mail and post certain variables to make the cancellation of the domain final.

We want to automate the process of sending this last e-mail.

Since we receive all e-mail from the registry on the same e-mail address we first need to be able to set the cancellation e-mail apart. I think this is a standard function in outlook, we can filter on subject and store all the cancellation e-mails in one particular map.

Then comes the tricky part. The e-mail needs to be processed.

We can provide you with a template, in this template certain variables as the domainname in question, username and password must be inserted. Then this e-mail must be send to the registry in response to the confirmation of the cancellation

Maybe this all can be done clients side from outlook, maybe it can be done server side(e-mail server) with shell/perl scripting.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
