Create logic based order form + PDF generation.

Hi,

We need someone to build a form for us that will use logic (so only show options available to specific products) - we have created the designs for the form and these can be seen below.

Customer should be able to fill in details and then select a product from images. This should bring up popup box in Step 2.

Step 2. [url removed, login to view]

From popup box user should only be shown options specifically available for that product (We will provide spreadsheet to show whats available for each product and what fields should be shown) - They then click on "add product" and the popup box closes and moves onto Step 3.

Step 3. [url removed, login to view]

The product and details they selected should then show under "Products added to order" - They can then add more products in the same way as Step 1, Step 2, or submit order (order is sent to email address) or save to PDF (order is saved into a PDF document).
