An online WYSIWYG CSS editor, with 'click to edit properties' functionalities (as seen at [url removed, login to view]) and 'drag and drop modules' (as seen at [url removed, login to view]) is urgently needed. Phase 1 (as detailed below) is internally required by October 12th, however: - priority will be given to coders who can commit for an earlier delivery. - if you feel that the Phase 1 deadline is too tight for such project, please make us an offer and a clear proposal on what can/cannot be delivered by October 12th. Screenshots/mock-up, main design elements, detailed technical specifications and content available. Priority will be given to a CSS/ajax/js expert (relevant portfolio required) who can commit on the tight deadline. Please contact me for any question you might have.

## Deliverables

The first phase of the project consists of the delivery of one html/php page containing 10 to 15 modules (static content), each of which reacts on mouse over: - visual hint that it is editable - contextual help bubble - contextual toolbox (text editor, border editor, image editor, image uploader) - dragging bar to drag-n-drop modules (snap to grid) - closing button allowing to delete a module Additionally to the example of [url removed, login to view], a 'modules' toolbox will list all available modules (checkbox, ticked = visible) Phase 2 will include more advanced features (dynamic content, widgets, flash games, social community features...), to be confirmed upon fully satisfactory delivery of phase 1. General requirements: 1. Full CSS layout (no table layout) 2. Clean and commented code 3. Total separation of content & form 4. All scripts (js/CSS) linked as external scripts 5.
