Simple Website Redesign

I am looking for our website to be redesigned. The website consists of about 10 simple HTML/CSS pages (templated), images and content. There is no scripting and flash.

I want the website to be completely redesigned with a new look. The content can roughly stay the same, but I would like it to be revised (and corrected) to fit into the new design. Some graphics work should be done, but no FLASH. No scripting required. The most important pages are the homepage, Windows Hosting, Reseller Hosting and Windows VPS Hosting pages. These 5 pages must be given maximum attention and I will be rewarded a bonus for outstanding design.
