This is a simple PHP/MySQL project to maintain a simple order/cost database (as a demo). The detailed requirement is in the attached file. The attached zip file contains web pages and project description in text format. The project specification is in spec1.txt. You must use PHP5 and MySQL 4.x or SQLite to implement web pages and scripts. I look for someone (or a team) who can finish this project within two weeks with quality PHP scripts. A lot of people can write PHP scripts but only the experienced one can do it promptly with quality result. The PHP scripts you proivde must work in the Windows environment. For Windows, I use WAMP 5 form [login to view URL] Although this is the Englisg version, the users of this project is using simplified Chinese (2 byte code) in Win 2K/XP. So make sure the scripts can be used in Asian language or language other than English. I know the web pages look terrible. If you can improve them (within a short time frame), then that's a big plus for you when I evaluate your bid. The delivery are all source codes releated to this project but not limit to PHP scripts and web pages. PLEASE make sure you understand all requirements before bid on it, ask any issues/questions/suggestions before you bid. PLEASE indicate how long do you need to finish this project. PLEASE QA your scripts thoroughly before submit them to me. Make sure your scripts work under IE6, Mozilla, and Firefox browsers. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
