Hotel Reservation Script Modification

Looking modify an online reservation system build for a 5 star hotel. Its built in PHP with an SQL backend.

I'd like the availability data to be pulled from an xml file and parsed onto a main page. Also would like to have the data readable by our company's proprietary RSS reader.

Looking for someone with at least 3 years programming experience.
