Fixes for Joomla site

There are some bugs throughout my site that I need fixed. Most are minor CSS fixes for IE. The site is at

1. On the register page there is a pop up calendar for selecting the birthday, there is a CSS conflict that is making this appear incorrectly.
2. In IE 7, 8 & 9 text in the text boxes is too high. This is on register page, home page, and any other forms.
3. On the home page when you register for the news letter the drop down message is not centered.
4. In IE 10 & 7 the top menu is not positioned correctly. It should appear the same as in Chrome.
5. In IE 7 on the meals page, the form drops below the footer.
6. In IE 7 on the meals page, the radio buttons on the subject line are not displaying correctly, they should look the same as Chrome.
7. In IE 7 the news letter on the home page, the subscribe button is too long. Should look the same as Chrome.
