I am working on a state of the art Internet Video Manager Tool that is about 90% plus completed. I am looking for an independent programmer that I can work with for the long term. Must speak English. No other site like this in the world. I need an expert to program and also not afraid to recommend and enhance as needed. I am a small entrepreneur and this is the future of my company! I view this person as a long term partner.
