Magento VAT Setttings

Hi

We need someone skilled in Magento to set up VAT rates on our clients website. They client has a flat 20% rate for all users in UK, if they are outside the UK and an individual they will charge again 20% VAT, if they are a company outside of the UK and have a VAT number they should be able to enter their VAT number and then 0% VAT will be charged (this is the way their company works).

The VAT and their address needs to be shown separately in the invoice which is sent out by email also. So the confirmation emails will need to include this.

Please bid on the price this will cost, or the bid will not be accepted. Ideally we want someone in the UK to do this job however its not essential.
