Interactive website widget for Wordpress, Joomla & other websites

Develop a table widget/app (with rows and columns) that can be embedded on popular CMS (Wordpress, Joomla) and other websites. The data-intensive product review widget will include the following functionality.
1) The widget will display a variable number of rows and columns of a product review comparison table.
2) The table will contain criteria (rows), such as weight, size, CPU, etc., about one or more competing alternative products (columns), such GPS or laptops.
3) The criteria will be contained in a database criteria table.
4) The alternative products will be contained in a database product table.
5) The values for each product's criteria will be stored in a product specification table.
6) There will be a means for categorizing products and their criteria into a hierarchy, such as Consumer Electronics -> GPS -> Portable GPS.
7) A user can create their own product review comparison table by (a) selecting a category, (b) selecting criteria from the category, and (c) selecting alternative products.
8) If any values for a selected product-criteria does not exist, the user will have the option of entering their own value.
9) A user will have the option of adding additional criteria.
10) A user will have the option of adding additional products.
11) A user will have the option of saving their created table.
12) A user will have the option to share their created table.
13) "Embedded Widget" means that there is HTML or similar code that can be added to an existing website such that the widget will display and function on the website.
14) The initial project will focus on enabling the widget to work on any page of a single website. A future project will expand the functionality to enable the widget to work on any website.
There are additional requirements to be discussed with qualified candidates. The first project phase will include completing the requirements, design, and development on multiple pages of a single website were UI/UX issues will be resolved. The second project phase will introduce a centralized database accessed via an API that will allow the widget to be deployed on wide variety of CMS and other websites.
Your proposal should include links to examples of similar work or work that demonstrates that you have the skills and expertise to complete the first two project phases. (Experience designing, developing, and publishing RESTful APIs used by others is a plus, but is not required.) Your proposal should include an hourly rate and a rough time estimate based upon your prior experience.
