Flash Strips on Sites

Hello there, please don't just reply "I can do this", please illustrate you understand what I'm asking from you here and please provide links to previous FLASH work done so I can assess skilllevel.

I want to create something that has already been done - so you already see exactly what I'm looking for. The reason I am asking for this to be done is that the original flas were deleted by mistake, we don't have a back-up, and my original Flash designer is unavailable right now.

I need to create the two flash strips seen on this site here: [url removed, login to view] - there is a horizontal one and a vertical.

The vertical is width="52" height="380"

The horizontal is width="495" height="60"

I want to use the same images (I wonder can you screenshot them to reuse them, because I don't have the original images either?)

I want to ensure this works in the Mac, because the Flash on the [url removed, login to view] site does NOT work on Mac currently.

I also want a static image strip to replace the Flash in browser that do not have flash installed.

I also want to slow down the current speed of the movement in the flash on the [url removed, login to view] site by 50%.

Now... that's [url removed, login to view], I also want to do this for THREE other sites - same strips - same specs - same sizes - same speeds - but different images and a different background colour for each of the four sites. Here are two of the other sites: [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] (the fourth site is not live yet).

Please quote me on this piece of work.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

Needs to work in PC on IE Firefox, Opera. Needs to work on Mac (this is important) on IE and Safari.
