I have created a website that will sell people's personal details onto suppliers (phone number, name, email address). Users of the website will sign up for an account and choose which sector they are from. When they log into the website they will then be able to view available leads and then purchase the contact details of the lead if they want to. First they will top up their account with credits via paypal, and then use the credits to buy the leads. Users of the site will view the leads on a page, they are able to filter which leads they view through the website (according to budget and location). They can also view all leads in their sector. There will be a few other pages in the users side of the website enabling them to leave feedback on the lead, view invoices, and view refunds. The admin section will enable me to add new leads to the site, edit existing ones, and view statistics about them. It will also enable me to maintain the accounts on the site. Other pages will allow me to view simple statistics on users accounts, and leads. I have designed all the pages for the site, these will be sent in HTML format. All you need to do is design the database and make all the pages work. The site will be designed in PHP and MySQL I have attached to this bid request a short specification for the website. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
