I need a database set up that will run in Access 97 for a small advertising company that rents ads on bus-stop benches. Here's what I envision: I need a screen where I input my company's information 1. Company Name 2. Company Address 3. City State Zip 4. Phone I need to input data about each bench. 1. Bench Number 2. Bench Location 3. Date Placed in Service 4. A radio button or check box to click if a bench space is rented or not. If bench is rented, then I need to input rental information: 1. Date Rented 2. Rented To 3. Address 4. City State Zip 5. Phone Number 6. Contact Person 7. Amount of Rent 8. Frequency of Payment __Monthly __Quarterly __ Semi-annually __Annually 9. Contract Expiration Date Payment Screen 1. When a customer pays I need to input the date and amount of payment and have it credited to the customer's account.
## Deliverables
I need to be able to call the various reports: 1. Complete list of all benches, and if rented, to whom rented, bench number, amount; if not rented then blank. 2. List of all benches rented, to whom, amount, bench number, location of bench. 3. List of all benches not rented, bench number, location. 4. Report of payments, from whom paid, which bench, amount -- where I can input the dates (From: mm/dd/yyyy -- To: mm/dd/yyyy) 4. Deliquent renters -- who did not pay? Which bench? How much is owed? What is outstanding? 5. Payment History of individual customers. 6. Contract Expirations -- Which benches are the contracts about to expire.. ???? I don't know what else I'll need or what else can be provided. You are the programmer ... I'm certainly open to suggestions. What about printing of invoices or other summaries? Or anything else you might know that can be done in Access? I'm sure there will be a time or two that the database will need to be "tweaked" so figure that in your bid.
