Need a PHP script that will read 14 variables and generate and send an HTML email that looks like the attached file.
- 11 of the variables will be used for content within the email
- 2 of the variables will include the path to images that must be embedded (not linked) in the email. One image will be a background image and the other image will be a logo that displays in the upper left corner.
- The barcode must be generated from one of the 11 variables above and embedded in the email. A variable will determine if the barcode should be a QR code or UPC-A code.
