program must mirror the keyboard and mouse clicks and then transmit it to a reciever computer across the electric lines to verify the orgin of the request. The device is available for internal networking across the electric lines, we want the program to use a morse code type effect ( a analog signal ). one dash for the keyboard, two dashes for the mouse clicks to match the request the users computer issues to access the internet ( going to website, downloading or transfering files from one computer to another). The program will have a counter part to monitor the origin of the request by recieving the signal off the electric lines. This counter part will assign ports on its computer for the computer to use to have its ISP make internet connection allowing us to stop the connection at will. The tricky part, when we stop the internet activity we dont want to dissconnect them from their ISP, but rather suppend the activity until a verified request is recieved. The user dials in to our computer, we assign them ports and then forward them to their ISP, we monitor where the request comes from, if it is not from the local computer, we stop the request. All outside request for connections will be displayed for the user with a accept or cancel function in a small window, then allowing a perminate block function and in return sending of a denied access request to the party trying to connect ( a yellow smilely face saying sorry you have been denied & a record has been made of your attempt)

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
