asp.net time app access

I need a asp.net coder to make a simple applicaiton to allow people to input their timecards on a website. the form will send the times to a db and then the admin by login can see the info that has been submitted.

The admin will see this in a webgrid and will be able to sort/group and export to excel and ms word.

For the font side we will use the gui that i have attaced, and as you see there is an add button that will let up to 7 days of time be added. this will need to happen with out page refresh using some ajax and javascript/dhtml similar to the way this control adds another upload spot

You will use telerik where possible and their callback controls. the admin login should be similar to

in that the validation occurs in the form without refresh

We will have several admin users that can login and see the webgrid so your admin table will need to allow this.

I need this done in just a few days. as you can see there is not a lot of data and most is using the controls that we will provide

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
