Content locking Wordpress Plugin

I want a simple but reliable wordpress plugin that has these features:

- Allows the publisher to forbid visitors with certain characteristics to view the content of a speciffic part of the post. They must be able to use a shortcode like this:

[lockcontent forbid_country="belgium, australia, uk" permit_browser="chrome"]This is a content[/lockcontent]

This will permit to see the "This is a content" only those visitors that are NOT in the countries excluded, and are using Chrome!

- The script must have a command constructor, allowing the user to build the shortcode clicking the options.

- It also has to allow redirection in case the content is not shown.

- The script has to be able to detect flawlessly the country of the visitor, and the browser name and version as well.
