Convert a CGI Script to Javascript (or similar)

I have a CGI script that was written about 10 years ago that I would like to convert to something HTML5 or Javascript. We host our websites with Adobe Business Catalyst and they do not support the use of CGI scripting so I am searching for an alternative that Business Catalyst will support and is something easy to use for our customers. I have the original CGI as well as graphics, but I would like to see if we can get it converted over.
