3D Digital Eye and Several Pictures

We need a digital artist that can create a 3D EYE for inclusion in an iPad. We will need two versions of the eye, the first will be the complete eye, and the second will be a cross section of the eye (basically cut in half). We'd like it to look as real as possible. We also need 20 still images of the eye with different things written or projected on the eye.
We've included a document that shows examples of the still image eyes that we'd like created (Lasik [url removed, login to view]). Please make sure that each design has a similar style, size and direction. Just the focus of the image and the words will change. Please contact us with any clarifying questions. When you respond/bid, please include 'Lasik Eye iPad App' in the subject. We've also attached a statement of work for the application and wire-frame, in order to provide a frame of reference about how the eye will be used (the app is not part of the bid). Thank you.
