Editing headshots for a research study

We are looking for a graphic designer to edit 6 different full-color photographs of children’s faces for a research study. The photographs are simple head-and-shoulders portraits of 9-14 year-old children posing in front of a blank white background. We would like two edited versions of each photograph: (1) a “cleaned up” version with minimal editing (just removal of distracting details, etc) and (2) a nearly identical version with the child’s face and neck edited to make him/her appear overweight. Across images, all background and non-facial details (e.g., shape of shirt) should be entirely identical.
An example set of images is attached. The first image in the attached set is one of our original photographs. For edited version 1 of this photograph, we will ask you to remove the hair below the child’s ears and even out the shape of his shirt. For edited version 2 of this photograph, we will ask you to edit the child’s face too (e.g., using the “liquefy” tool in Photoshop) so that he looks moderately overweight. The second image in the attached set shows a random child who is about the target weight that we want for version 2. As you can see, the children should not look severely overweight in the version 2 images—only moderately overweight compared to the original photographs (in other words, heavy enough for it to be a noticeable change but not so heavy that they look like completely different people).
In total, there will be 12 final images (6 different children, 2 versions of each).
Submission: In your bid, please provide a rough draft of how you would edit the original photograph in the example set. Also, please submit a copy of your portfolio and any examples of relevant work that you’ve done in the past (if possible).
