Convert or manually move data from a PDF file into another format I need

Hello, I have a PDF file that contains questions and answers for a test - they are all multiple choice, but some have one answer only, some you need to pick multiple answers. Also some of the questions include an image.

I am building an online test service using these questions, so I need to get them into the format in the .json file - this includes extracting the images etc.

I don't know if this is a job you can automate and extract etc, or whether its a manual entry job and you will need to copy and paste each separately - please take a look at the attached files and see what you think and bid accordingly. The password for the pdf file is Gromit
