We are looking for accountants/lawyers to provide consultancy on labor laws, payroll, statutory deductions and employment taxation in Africa and at first stage, we'd like an advice on the following subject:
1. Tax Report
2. Specifications relating to Withholding tax certificate and payslips
3. Social Security reports

We are a Swiss based Company and we are looking for potential partners for employment tax and payroll based Consultancy in Ivory coast ,Senegal, Tanzania and Gabon
We would be requiring your services for Ad Hoc inquiries related to employment and labour laws, social security, income tax, filing reports, declarations, calculating net salary etc. We would not require you to provide us the entire payroll solutions, but only answer our queries from time to time.
Usually, we would expect you to reply to us within 24-48 hours of the query being posed. This is normally an hour-based consultancy and paid accordingly, however if we have a lot of queries in any given month, we could also negotiate a monthly payment. For now, our queries are very simple which would not require more than 6-8 hours in a week.
