Descripción de empleo<br />Purpose Of Role :<br />Responsible for dealing with simple problems, having a good understanding and knowledge of 1 product. <br />Key Responsibilities :<br /><br />Quotation process to obtain costs from carrier to provide circuits, Follow UP of quotations with carriers<br />Responsible for updating data in LELIS such as telco costs, contract terms, status,etc,<br />Registration of Firm price on APE, Control and Request cancelation with carriers,<br />Negotiations of Early Termination Fee with carriers<br />Responsible for placing orders with carriers for domestics and global circuits, Control of internal SLA of attendance,<br />Database validation to assure information integrity allowing a smooth cost validation process,<br />Updating the values at Lelis (after renegotiation or readjustment), Have high communication skills´,<br />Give support to Sales,<br />Delivery and Financial team,<br />Improve cost validation process by reducing the validation lead time,<br /><br />Qualifications :<br /><br />MPLS solutions,<br />CCNA knowledge.<br /><br />Electronic Engineer or telecommunications engineer<br /><br />Good English Level<br /><br />1 year of experience in Telecom area<br /><br />Commercial awareness (or business acumen), Communication; Teamwork, Negotiation and persuasion, Leadership, Organisation, Ability to work under pressure
