Issue with google indexing site - Require Node / Angular / Ubuntu / Nginx Developer

Looking for a Node / Angular / Ubuntu / Nginx Developer to help with some googlebot issues on my site.
Issues involve: when opening site using googlebot and googlebot smartphone user agents, the page seems to just load the html headers, but doesnt actually show anything on the page.
Similarly, when using the mobile-friendly test tool, it says the page is mobile friendly but it hasnt actually loaded anything.
The site is fine when loading normally in the browser.
Site technologies:
Node.js([login to view URL])as backend, Angular universal on frontend, Mongodb on Database.
