Improve an exisitng website ASP.net

The project is about improving the looks, feel and functionality of an existing website. Your task will be to look at the website and make suggestions on what and how you can improve it. This is will require that you are a designer as well as an ASP.NET expert (the site is ASP based). The selection process will be two fold. First you will apply for this position and then you will be PMed with more details including the website address. I know that this is not enough for any bidder to go on so feel free to place any bid.
Please provide links to sites you have previously worked on.
Providers with the following characteristics will NOT be considered:
- Those who are doing part-time freelancing and have 9-6 office jobs.
- Those who are re-outsourcing projects to 3rd parties and/or are acting as middle men in any form.
Please note that if you are selected and in the process of the project I find out that you have misled me regarding the above 2 points, you will NOT get paid!
