The system should have these features
-Web-based system with provision for offline data entry
-Capture and store multiple data parameters in a web-based system
-Migration of all historical data currently contained in the Microsoft Access database
-Ability to handle bi-directional synchronization at various locations
-Ability to connect to existing servers
-Assign different levels of permissions to different users
-Ability to handle multiple users ( 20-50) simultaneously
-Ability to generate reports in a well-analyzed structure
-Use of data integrity and integrity tools/systems
