Write an Android application

I am looking for someone based in Brisbane or the Gold Coast QLD, Australia to assist with the development of a Android tablet based app. This app will replace a paper based scoresheet at a School level sports event. This is not an app for the market place, IE it is not going on play store.

The app must not only be capable of applying the rules of the game and keeping score locally on the tablet, but sending the updated scores, each time they happen, to a central results database over a Wi-fi network.

There must be a mechanism for ensuring the results are received and acknowledged at the other end to ensure integrity of the data/score. If the wi-fi is unavailable for some reason the app will store the results locally and send out when it detects the wifi is now available.

The app must also be capable of secure login and checking credentials against the central database before and after each game. This is to replace the coach and captain of each team signing the paper scoresheet to acknowlegde the results.

A full application spec will be provided along with the necessary regulations for the sport. We would like to work with someone local so we can have face to face discussions when necessary.
