Update Titanium iOS Admob Module with Interstitial Support

I'm looking to have the Appcelerator Titanium Admob iOS module updated to the latest SDK (7.1.0) and with Interstitial support.

There is a build that has interstitial support here: [login to view URL]
It works but uses an older SDK version and has an error sometimes. So I would like it updated in the same way but with the latest Admob SDK version 7.1.0
