Update CoachApp Pro Android - new UI & UX

CoachApp is a Personal Trainer Administration App made by us and require a UI and UX re-design. We have heard from our users that the app is great, very useful, look professional and they love the colors but it is also too complicated, not instinctive enough and not personal enough.
The Re-design has been made and is available (psd file) we now need an experienced Android developer to update the app accordingly. The work involves
- Getting the new images from the PSD and get them in the code
- Updating the XML theme and screen
- Adjusting font size
- Using Google Polymer for Android to have the Cardboards and the + floating button
- Adding animations between all screens
- Writing new code for checked and unchecked items in a list
All of the Business logic code is already in the app, the chosen candidate will work on a git branch and use Android studio to update the app. Both the PSD and source code access will be provided after the candidate is chosen, But a video conference with walkthrough the code and PSD will be held to refine the estimate right at project start. We will be available for any question/clarification/guidance all the time via email during the project and 1h per week max in video conference.
The following features from the new design can be ignored:
- Facebook Login
- Upload Profile Picture (The button will not do anything)
- Use personal trainer and client picture (Instead a hardcoded picture URL can be used)
