Push Notifications functionality with some fix in ionic 1

Hello,
I have an ionic 1 ( angularjs) project and i want to Add Push Notification functionality to work with Private Message ( must work properly with both iOS & Android ) also check this:
1) When the app shout down completely and start it again it will log the user out. Here we need to fix that and only logout users when click on logout button.
2) in some user account type the same message received 2 or 3 or 4 time not sure why so need to be fixed.
3) In Private Message there is option when select it will send message to specific user it display another extra field to specify that user i have to enter his user id or user email so make sure it will work in both cases even if the user don't have an email only user id.
