This is not my first app. :D
I am seeking an Android App Developer/team that can design and program the following:
I want to charge my 3 roommates for tethering data from my Samsung Galaxy S6. They are using my mobile data often. And they are always using my data for free and I am going to be living with them for 5 more years. This is strange but I want to get this app made for the right price. $$
Basically I want you to develop an android app that forces them to pay using pay-pal for every 10MB after they connect to my device using tethering.
Please reply with your thoughts on how we can do this. Let me know if there is a simpler way to do this app.
