We are developing the broadcasting app , we have completed major functions on it . below are the details we need to deploy most of it are api based , we will provide the api. Regarding chat it should be done through FCM. Below is the initial requirement of the project and we need hourly based our rate initially 6000INR approx 100 USD but will increase if needed to 10k if the work is fast
