Need an app for my locksmith business.
1) customer request an urgent dispatch - > our telephonist creates an order and dispatch for the locksmith to visit the customer to repair the lock. When the locksmith reaches the customer the locksmith need te create photos of the door and legal identification and need to be saved in the app. Then the customer has to sign the order in the APP and approve the order. When the locksmith completed his work he has to create a photo of the delivered word and the customer has to pay online.
2) customer requests a quotation. Our locksmith visits the customers and using a shopping cart which is pre defined ( like replace door, replace lock, etc) an automated quote has to be created and send per email to the customer. When the customer approves online the quote a dispatch for the locksmith is created to make an appointment with the customer to perform the work as stated in the quote.
Need to have a low code solution and use of as much as basic functionalities and storage in the cloud to avoid own equipment and low re-occurring fees.
I’m also a project manager in IT so I can specify ver clearly the needs.
