I am looking for someone to build me a simple app. The app's main feature is it has two categories of memes that anyone who downloads the app can view. Users can select one of the categories to view and can scroll through the memes .

It needs to be able to support users viewing and the administrator to upload memes. Should be a fairly easy app. I will message people who make a reasonable offer with more info. Thanks.

I would like a version of the app for Iphones and androids.
