Live stream on mobile

I currently have a joomla 2.5 website, where I integrated jwplayer extensions to show a playlist streaming on the home page (2 YouTube video ads and 1 live rtmp video streaming). JW player is used to facilitate this via a wowza server. The problem is, the playlist does not show on the responsive mobile website. I was made to understand that rtmp streams do not work on mobile…and may require http/hls in order to work (I already have the m3u8 file). I need to have the playlist shown on mobile, in other words the YouTube ads as well as the live streaming video must be responsive to mobile devices, thus work on all platforms. So whatever video changes made on desktop such as more videos added, should reflect on mobile.

IMPORTANT! You must have experience in dealing with wowza, jwplayer, and mobile friendly streaming!!! Please do not bid if this will be a learning process for you as this has to be done very quickly... EXPERTS ONLY!
