Convert the current website [url removed, login to view] into a mobile site.
1. Make it optimized for different mobile platforms (smart phones and tablets)
2. Geo-location – use the user location to find the nearest receiving center in the map and show the local phone number (if we don’t have a local phone number in that location then show the 1-800 number)
3. Submit form – user can enter their information and submit it (email)
4. The mobile site should have similar look and feel like our current site (colors, icons, style)
5. Have one click to call button (using the correct number from the geo-location information)
6. Be SEO friendly
