I need an app to be developed for IOS (Iphone and Ipad) and android (Phones and tablets).

Sencha Touch preferred to drive the cost down.

It's a Tunisia travel guide app .. a good example and a very similar app is

I need something like that so please check it.

in brief, I need these features.

# Attractions: Most important section.

This section will list various attractions for tourists like places to visit and other places which I might like to add from admin panel

attractions will be organised by city, and when clicking on one particular attraction, it will give you info / gallery (pictures and video compatible) and a "Locate" button, that will display a map to locate it and locate your position with GPS and show the itenerary ...

# Weather: Current weather forecast will be grabbed and displayed from any 3rd party source. maybe api from accuweather or google ..

# POI Search: POI search will be included to locate Airports, ATM, Restaurants, Banks, Doctors etc .. maybe integrated with

#Full Map: This will show full map . GPS locator for the Tourist and directions to reach the attractions displayed. user can select what to show / highlight on the map (cities / POI / attractions )

# eBook Section : Will simply display an existing ebook I have - I have pdf and kindle versions so should be easy to integrate ..

# Search section will organise all places included on the app, and will be displayed by near by basis list ...

# Admin area must be provided to manage ads and add / modify attractions

Later Update (will be asked from the developper, but not included in theis project)

First update will be to add translator section.. basically it's a list of most common used phrases written in english (with a serch feature), and when you click on it, it will show translation and sound it out ...

Of course I'll be providing everything from pictures / content / sounds etc

I expect also a good looking app as it is travel related, clean and professional is what I like ..

Branding / colors etc will be given when you are selected ..

Budget is an important factor here, so that will be one of the main things I'll be considering.
