We have an application built in Phonegap that is a flowchart builder. The purpose fo the app is to allow potential customers of the a conveyor company to use the flowchart builder to outline a conveyor system that they are anticipating using with in there facility be it a manufacturing plant, a farm or anything that uses conveyor systems. The app can be downloaded for free at the Android and Itunes.

Our client is looking to upgrade the application. The details are in the attachment.
The current idea is to have the flowchart built vector based. The reason for that is to have more flexibility of the flowchart and icons to be more dynamic. If you have another idea of how to improve the application as far as development ideas eg., going native, we are welcome to new ideas.
Please ask any questions that you may have concerning the app.
One more thing, in the builder portion fo the application, the icons are already set. In the new application, the client wants to be able to have a user load there own icon with in the constraints.
