Abacus gaming application

Requirement is to create an application that should run on touch screen tablets. Initially on android platform with possibility of iPad later on. A 17 rod soroban abacus needs to be implemented on screen where each bead should move following a series of guidelines (which shall be explained) with the users fingers. This should be combined in a creative, innovative game which allows, ranking, roleplaying, record setting, solving problems in given time etc. Many examples can be found under: mental abacus in App Store for iPhone.
