I would like to hire a Manufacturing Expert

Hi There,

I am looking into manufacturing a new type of "pooper scooper" for lack of a better name. This will entail a small sling bag type thing, with an inner where you can keep an open disposable bag inside, ready and waiting incase your pet goes to the loo whilst on a walk. I want the bag to entail a device that disposes the disposable packets, as well as the bag can allow the packet to sit in the sling bag until the consumer can find a bin, instead of having to carry the bag around with them. I would also like this bag to have space , in a seperate compartment for car keys/house keys and cash and cell phone.
