magento implement theme & more

I have already installed the magento cart, at the target website. it is 100% operational. I have installed many of the needed add-on modules.

here is what I need you to do:

Implement theme

Implement theme, according to my jpg screen-shots. i have created screen-shots for the homepage, root cat display, product detail page, products in category page, search result page. You must make sure the overall theme of all pages matches what I have provided.

-Instead of having a fixed website width. the website must be stretchable 100% to fit any size monitor. similar to "e l e c t r i c s u p p l i e s . u s" it must fit into a 1000pixel width, with out showing right to left scroll bars. and if screen is large it must fit the whole-screen.

-at 1024x768 the category product display page should show 3 products per row. but if the screen is larger more items should show in each row. they should wrap.

Please look at the website we are working on, and compare it to the screenshots I have provided here, to understand, what is existing, and what I expect at the end.

Instead of typing things 1 by 1, I have created the screenshots, so that you can see what I expect to see at the end.

PLUGINS / ADDONS / CUSTOMIZATIONS

As mentioned above I have installed many of the plugins, but you may still need to install additional plugins.

for example you may need to install the share button- must be added to the product detail page. exactly like the one "e l e c t r i c s u p p l i e s . u s" product page

-Quantity option- the quantity option must allow 1 1/2. it means half's. you can see example at w w w . f a b r i c . c o m

-Order Swatch- some products have an option which says "order swatch" this must work and behave like it does on w w w . f a b r i c . c o m. we need to be able to display and enable this.

-MY CART- most websites, have a "my cart", in the left column which shows the products you have in your cart. In our website, the MY CART, should always be in the bottom of all modules, unless it has a product in it. it means the MY CART section should sort to the top, if items are in it.

-layout note: on various pages, the contents of the left and right column, change. make sure you follow screenshots, to understand what is supposed to be displayed in the left and right columns.

-top navigation- i need to be able to added remove items to this menu, conveniently from a the admin panel. i want to be able to add products categories, and or static cms pages.

-narrow your search- on somepages of the website we will have narrow your search filters. we need to make sure the narrow your search shows filters in the order I specify.(By Category , By Price, By Color Family, by Collection, By Designers, By Width. They should all have (#) quantity)

-I have installed a plugin for automated meta tags. you must make sure it works, and it is configured to output the way I like.

when you are done, with the work, you must have dummy data with pictures, in the website for testing and comparison.
