You have to make a visual basic .net function what can set a product special price in a Magento 2.0 webshop. You have to use the SOAP protocol.
function set_specialprice(sku as string, price as double)
end function
function get_specialprice(sku) as double
end function
No magento shop is provided, so you need to have one yourself for testing.
