Vector-EPS

I need a Vector-EPS built from scratch.

This Logo needs to fit a 4 ft by 2 ft vinyl banner. So it is very imprtant to have an EPS vector

Attached is the transparent PNG.

I need the EPS to be exactly like the attached PNG.
