Eris blockchain installation and development

The project shall have following deliverables:
* two Eris ([url removed, login to view]) installations in docker containers on a dedicated Linux server
* an interledger ([url removed, login to view]) installation in a docker container on a dedicated Linux server which will allow to transfer funds from one Eris blockchain to the other
* a web GUI to administer the Eris installations
* a web GUI to follow all the transactions on the two Eris blockchains and Ethereum and Bitcoin and Ripple chains
