Tool or Tutorial to deploy vue.js website using npm to server

I have a website on digitalocean. The Website is written in vue.js. The source is on github. I need to get a tutorial or a small tool to deploy code changes to website.
Currently I am using github desktop to get new/changed code to github, but the changes will not get effect as I don´t know how to work with npm to compile on the server.
